Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the bazaarhena website, online store, products, and related services.

The bazaarhena online store is operated by Jinan Lingde Property Management Co., Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Products and Descriptions

bazaarhena offers outdoor furniture and accessories, including garden chairs, benches, reclining loungers, and garden dining and side tables. Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, features, and care instructions are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Actual appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, material characteristics, or production variations.

Product materials, intended uses, assembly requirements, weight limits, and care instructions vary by item. Customers should review the individual product listing and follow any instructions supplied with the product. A product should not be assumed to be waterproof, weatherproof, or suitable for a particular use unless its product information expressly states so.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to defective products, inaccurate descriptions, or products that do not conform to applicable law.

Prices and Payments

Prices and available currencies are displayed on our website or at checkout. The applicable product price, shipping charge, and any taxes or other charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment is completed.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a pricing or product listing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel the affected order where permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and shipping eligibility. Where an order cannot be fulfilled for a legitimate reason permitted by law, we may cancel the affected order and arrange any required refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For eligible standard shipping orders delivered within the contiguous United States, orders with a merchandise subtotal below $49.99 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $6.99 USD. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49.99USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days from successful payment confirmation, including processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, and other logistical circumstances. Available destinations, shipping methods, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

For standard change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Website text, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, and design elements are owned by or lawfully used by bazaarhena or the relevant rights holders.
